What is the minimum order quantity?
Most custom lighting programs start from 100-500 units depending on fixture type, specifications, finish, and packaging requirements.
How long does sampling take?
Typical sample lead time is 7-10 days after drawings, component selection, and finish requirements are confirmed.
Can you make private label packaging?
Yes. We support hangtags, belly bands, paper sleeves, gift boxes, barcode labels, polybags, carton labels, and insert cards.
Which components and specifications can we choose?
Common options include aluminum housings, LED modules, drivers, diffusers, CCT, CRI, beam angles, finishes, and dimming protocols.
Can you match our finish and brand colors?
Yes. Powder-coat and anodized finish samples can be matched to brand references, subject to material and batch tolerances.
Can we send our logo or tech pack?
Yes. Send CAD, PDF, IES, PNG, or reference files by email or WhatsApp. We can help convert the concept into a production-ready specification.
How is bulk production inspected?
Production normally includes incoming component checks, assembly inspection, electrical and photometric review, finish checks, packaging checks, and final carton inspection.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Orders can ship by express, air, sea, or your appointed forwarder. We can provide carton details for freight estimates.
