Sample approval locks the build

The approved sample should lock the housing, LED module, driver, CCT, beam angle, finish, mounting parts, labels, packaging, and manual. Bulk production should not start until these items are aligned.

• Confirm wattage, input voltage, CCT, CRI, beam angle, and dimming protocol
• Approve finish sample, fixture label, manual, and carton artwork
• Keep one sealed approval sample as the bulk production reference

Inline checks catch electrical and assembly issues

During production, inline inspection focuses on housing finish, LED polarity, driver wiring, screw torque, light-up test, color consistency, burn-in, and packaging preparation.

• Light-up test, driver label, wire connection, and insulation check
• Color consistency, lens cleanliness, finish defects, and assembly fit
• Carton label, accessory pack, manual, and barcode consistency

Final review prepares the shipment

Before shipment, final checks should cover appearance, function, quantity, carton marks, packing list, compliance documents, and buyer-specific files such as IES, manuals, or test reports.
